Teeny Tiny Quilt

So this free motion thing really is all it's cracked up to be, you know. I've quilted a few things in my day, but none come close to being as pleasurable of an experience as this teeny tiny quilt was. I say it's teeny tiny but really it's a queen size...for a Barbie. It took me one evening to do the patchwork, the quilting and 50% of the binding. Then about an hour to finish it up and 2 more days to get it photographed and blogged! Now that I have this under my belt, I think I'm ready to tackle a baby quilt this same way. Stay tuned...

P.S. Donna, you're February5x5 is packaged up and ready to make it's way to your front porch.

Hey Sara - great job. Love the free motion - you've got me excited to turn off this computer and head upstairs for some stitching. Didn't get up to much this weekend although I stitched for several hours at a local pub over beers with Holly on Frirday night. . .we got a few weird looks but it was so fun!
